1. The working principle of wet coconut shell biomass pellet processing equipment
The forming function of the equipment is mainly accomplished by these two core components, and their coordination determines the forming efficiency and quality of the pellets:
Pressure Roller (Active Extrusion Component): Driven by a motor, it continuously pushes the pre-treated wet coconut shells towards the forming holes of the mold.
Mold (Fixed Forming Component):Its inner wall has evenly distributed cylindrical holes (typically 6-12mm in diameter). Under the pushing force of the pressure roller, the wet coconut shells are forcibly squeezed into the holes, where they undergo densification and shaping. Finally, they are extruded from the other end of the holes, forming columnar pellets.
2. Characteristics of wet coconut shell biomass pellet processing equipment
(1) High wear-resistant molds and rollers:
Made of alloy steel or tungsten carbide, these molds are harder and more wear-resistant, effectively resisting wear from coarse fibers and extending their service life.
(2) Large aperture and special compression ratio:
The mold aperture is typically 8mm-12mm, and the compression ratio is designed to ensure that coarse fibers are fully compressed and shaped, preventing loose and brittle particles.
(3) Temperature control and anti-clogging design:
Heat is generated during granulation. The equipment has a built-in temperature control system to adjust the temperature; it also has an anti-clogging channel for quick cleaning if the raw material humidity is abnormal, reducing downtime.

2.Coconut Shell Dust Storage Process:
A. This process is mainly used to storage the coconut shell dust that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage bin which is more stalbe and coconut shells dust in it is not easy to be blocked.
B. The customer chooses TONY Brand Large Hydraulic Storage Silo to storage the coconut shell dust that comes out of the hammer mill.This process can be optional by customer.If customer do not chose the storage bin,he can storage the coconut shell dust on the ground directly which may need some labour.

3.Coconut Shell Dust Drying Process:
A.This process is mainly used to dry the coconut shell dust from 40-55% to 10-15%.
B.Capacity:48-60Ton/Hour.
C.TONY use 5 sets of 3.2*28m rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.
