1. The working principle of wet coconut shell biomass pellet processing equipment

The core components of a ring die pellet mill are the ring die and the pressure roller. The inner wall of the ring die has evenly distributed forming holes with a diameter of 6-10mm (the hole diameter can be adjusted according to requirements). The pressure roller is installed inside the ring die, fitting tightly against the inner wall. When the raw material enters the gap between the ring die and the pressure roller, the motor drives the ring die to rotate at high speed (100-150 r/min). The pressure roller rotates along with the raw material under the action of friction, generating a strong squeezing effect. During the squeezing process, the air between the wet coconut shell fibers is expelled, and at the same time, the lignin (which softens under humid heat) and moisture of the fibers form a "bonding medium," causing the fibers to bind tightly and be forcibly pressed into the forming holes of the ring die.

2.Coconut Shell Dust Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the coconut shell dust from 40-55% to 10-15%.

B.Capacity:3Ton/Hour.

C.TONY use 1set of 1.8*15m  rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace
