1. The working principle of wet coconut shell biomass pellet processing equipment

The forming function of the equipment is mainly accomplished by these two core components, and their coordination determines the forming efficiency and quality of the pellets:

(1)Pressure Roller (Active Extrusion Component): Driven by a motor, it continuously pushes the pre-treated wet coconut shells towards the forming holes of the mold.

(2)Mold (Fixed Forming Component):Its inner wall has evenly distributed cylindrical holes (typically 6-12mm in diameter). Under the pushing force of the pressure roller, the wet coconut shells are forcibly squeezed into the holes, where they undergo densification and shaping. Finally, they are extruded from the other end of the holes, forming columnar pellets.

2. Characteristics of wet coconut shell biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Excellent Environmental Friendliness: No wastewater discharge throughout the entire process. The production process is equipped with dust removal devices (pulse bag filters, dust removal efficiency ≥99%), resulting in low dust emission concentrations that meet environmental standards. The production process is odorless and low-noise, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation.

(2) High Raw Material Adaptability and High Added Value: In addition to pure wet coconut shells, 5%-10% of raw materials such as rice straw and sawdust can be mixed in without affecting the molding quality. 2.Coconut Shell Dust Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the coconut shell dust from 40-55% to 10-15%.

Key Risks and Countermeasures for Coconut Shell Biomass Pellet Processing Projects

The project needs to focus on three key risk points and prepare countermeasures in advance.

1. Raw Material Supply Risk: 

If coconut processing companies switch production or raw material prices rise, costs will increase.

It is recommended to sign long-term agreements (1-3 years) with 3-5 raw material suppliers to lock in purchase volume and prices; simultaneously develop backup raw materials (such as palm shells and sawdust) to flexibly adjust the raw material structure.

2. Product Quality Risk:

It is recommended to sign long-term supply contracts (including price fluctuation clauses) with downstream customers; expand into high-value-added markets (such as companies with strict environmental requirements) to reduce dependence on traditional energy prices.

1. Low carbon emissions: 

As a "carbon-neutral" fuel, the carbon dioxide released during combustion can be absorbed by the coconut tree's growth, forming an ecological cycle and reducing net greenhouse gas emissions.

2. Low pollutant emissions: 

During combustion, the sulfur content is below 0.05%, and the nitrogen content is approximately 0.3%-0.5%, with virtually no sulfide or nitrogen oxide emissions. No additional desulfurization and denitrification equipment is required, reducing environmental protection investment.
