A. This process is mainly used to storage the hay/grass/alfalfa dust that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage silo which is more stable and hay/grass/alfalfa dust in it is not easy to be blocked.

Hay pellet biomass pellets, as a renewable energy source, can solve the problem of agricultural waste disposal and replace fossil fuels to reduce pollution. They are particularly suitable for applications in home heating, industrial power generation, and agriculture, representing a win-win choice for both environmental protection and economic efficiency. During combustion, carbon dioxide emissions are balanced with the absorption of the raw material during its growth cycle, making it a carbon-neutral fuel. Emissions of harmful gases (such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides) are far lower than coal, with a thermal efficiency exceeding 80%. One ton of pellets provides the equivalent heat of 0.8 tons of coal, and the combustion time is 8-10 times longer than bulk pellets. The compressed volume significantly reduces storage space. The solid form eliminates the risk of leakage, lowers transportation costs, and contains no flammable or explosive components, posing no risk of poisoning or explosion. The ash from combustion can be recycled as fertilizer. The raw material is agricultural waste (such as hay and straw), resulting in lower costs than natural gas and oil, and operating costs that are 60% lower than electric heating.
