1. The working principle of dried hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment

Dried grass pellet processing equipment primarily consists of a crusher, pulverizer, dryer, pelletizer, cooler, and packaging machine. First, the baled wet grass is broken up using a crusher. A high-efficiency pulverizer then pulverizes the material into sawdust.  The dried material is then fed into a biomass pellet machine, where it is extruded into pellets using a die and rollers. A pellet cooler then cools the pellets, saving space and processing time while making them easier to package and transport.
