1. The working principle of dried hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment

Hay pellet processing equipment mainly consists of a crusher, pulverizer, pellet mill, cooler, and packaging machine. First, the crusher breaks down the baled hay. Then, a high-efficiency pulverizer grinds the raw material into sawdust. The pulverized material is fed into a biomass pellet mill, where it is extruded into pellets through molds and pressure rollers. Next, a pellet cooler cools the pellets to save space and processing time, and makes them easier to package and transport. Finally, a packaging machine packages the cooled pellets for easy storage and transportation.
