1. The working principle of dried hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment

The core principle of processing dried hay/grass/alfalfa into biomass pellets is to reshape the form through mechanical extrusion, transforming loose, low-moisture forage into high-density, easily stored pellet products.

While dried hay/grass/alfalfa (typically with a moisture content below 15%) does not require drying, it must be crushed and pulverized to meet the requirements for extrusion molding. The core equipment principle revolves around "pretreatment - pelletizing".
