1. The working principle of dried hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment

The equipment feeds pre-treated grass raw materials into the compression system via a feeding system. Inside the compression chamber, the die and pressure rollers interact, applying high pressure to the raw material. Due to frictional heating during processing, the raw material undergoes thorough internal maturation, ultimately being compressed into granules. The die typically has a two-layer structure, allowing for the production of two different granule products with varying aperture sizes. When compressing materials with good binding properties, the combination of high-pressure rollers and a two-layer die significantly increases output.

2. Characteristics of dried hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Lower energy consumption: The dry material is brittle, eliminating the need to overcome the sticking resistance caused by high humidity during crushing. Motor power is 10%-20% lower than that of a wet material crusher with the same output.

(2) Controllable particle size: The particle size of the crushed material can be stably controlled at 2-4mm, meeting the uniformity requirements of granulation.

(3) Longer ring die life: After cleaning, the dry material has extremely low impurity content and no sticking wear as with wet materials. The ring die (made of high-chromium alloy) has a 20%-30% longer service life.

(4) Higher forming rate: The dry material has uniform plasticity. Under pressure (50-100MPa), the granule forming rate can reach over 95%, with very few loose fragments.

3. Application scenarios of dried hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Application: Fuel plants purchase dry hay/grass/alfalfa from the market, process it into composite pellet fuel using pelleting equipment, and supply it in bulk to biomass power plants, industrial enterprises, or the civilian market.

1. Achieving Carbon Cycle Balance:

Grass absorbs carbon dioxide during its growth process. After pellet combustion or animal digestion, the carbon can return to the natural cycle, forming a "carbon-neutral" model, consistent with the "dual-carbon" policy direction.

2. Reducing Pollutant Emissions:
