A. This process is mainly used to storage the hay/grass/alfalfa dust that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage silo which is more stable and hay/grass/alfalfa dust in it is not easy to be blocked.

1. Appearance of Dried Hay/Grass/Alfalfa Pellets

Dried Hay/Grass/Alfalfa pellets are cylindrical, with a smooth, slightly glossy surface, a density greater than 1, a grayish-yellow color, an outer diameter of 6-9 meters, and a length of 10-36 mm.

2. Calorific Value of Dried Hay/Grass/Alfalfa

The calorific value per unit mass of Dried Hay/Grass/Alfalfa pellets refers to the amount of heat released during complete combustion. Due to their high density and high combustion efficiency, Dried Hay/Grass/Alfalfa pellets can reach a core temperature of 1100°C during combustion, a calorific value of 3700-4000 kcal/kg, a density of 1.1 tons/cubic meter, and an ash content of less than 8%, demonstrating their distinct advantages over coal and oil.

3. Complete Combustion with Low Residual Ash

Dried Hay/Grass/Alfalfa pellets retain their shape and consistency during combustion, remaining easy to burn. Due to high-pressure molding, the pellets have a high density, making them resistant to combustion and high temperatures. Combined with proper air distribution and ample oxygen supply, secondary combustion is possible, resulting in zero pollution and high fuel efficiency. Compared to coal, they produce less residual ash, which can be directly returned to the fields as potash fertilizer, making them an ideal clean energy source.
