1. The working principle of dried hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Raw Material Pretreatment: Hay/Grass/Alfalfa powder is crushed to a particle size of 3-5mm to remove impurities and prevent clogging or loosening.

(2)Extrusion Molding: After the material enters the pelleting chamber, it is pressed into the ring die hole by pressure rollers, forming pellets through friction against the inner wall of the die.
