1. The working principle of wet bamboo biomass pellet processing equipment

The wet bamboo biomass pellet machine uses high temperature and high pressure to compress wet bamboo into pellets.

The specific process is as follows: First, the wet bamboo is pre-treated, crushed, finely pulverized, and dried before being fed into the biomass pellet machine through a feed system. Next, the bamboo shavings pass through a compression system, where they are compressed into pellets. This process requires high temperature and high pressure to ensure the pellets are formed properly. Finally, the pellets are cooled and screened through a cooling and screening device to ensure pellet quality.

2. Characteristics of wet bamboo biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Energy production

3.Bamboo Dust Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the bamboo dust  from 40% to 10-15%.

B.Capacity:7.5-9 Ton/Hour.

C.TONY use 1 set of 2.5*24m  rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

1. Excellent environmental performance and low carbon emissions

Carbon neutrality: Bamboo pellet fuel is derived from bamboo processing waste (such as bamboo chips and bamboo strips) and is a biomass energy source. The carbon dioxide absorbed during plant growth is roughly balanced by the carbon dioxide released during combustion, making it a "carbon neutral" energy source and significantly reducing its contribution to the greenhouse effect.

Low pollutant emissions: Compared with coal, the content of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides produced by bamboo pellet combustion is extremely low (usually far below environmental standards), and the dust emission is also low, effectively reducing air pollution and meeting increasingly stringent environmental regulations.

2. Wide sources of raw materials and controllable costs

(1) Abundant raw materials: The main raw materials are scraps, bamboo chips, bamboo strips, and brushed materials generated during bamboo processing. These materials are obtained and stable in bamboo chopstick factories, furniture factories, and bamboo board factories. They can even be "turned into treasure" to reduce the impact of landfill or incineration on the environment. (2) Cost advantage: The raw materials are mostly industrial waste, and the procurement cost is relatively low. In addition, some regions provide subsidies for biomass energy projects, further reducing production and use costs. Compared with other energy sources such as natural gas and fuel oil, biomass energy has economic benefits.

3. High combustion efficiency and high energy utilization efficiency

(1) High density: Bamboo pellets are compressed and molded, and their density is significantly higher than that of logs or sawdust (usually 1.1-1.3 tons/cubic meter). They are not easy to loosen during combustion, the combustion state is stable, and the flame lasts. High thermal efficiency (usually more than 85%, while bulk firewood is only 40%-50%).

(2) Stable combustion: The pellets are regular in shape and uniform in size, which is convenient for automated feeding and combustion control. They can be precisely adjusted with the matching pellet stove to reduce energy waste and are suitable for applications that require a stable heat source.

4. Convenient storage and transportation

Small volume: The volume of compressed pellets is only 1/5-1/8 of the original sawdust, which significantly saves storage space. They can be stored in bags or in bulk, without the need for special storage facilities, and are suitable for various environments such as homes and businesses. Low transportation cost: High density makes the transportation energy per unit volume higher, thereby improving transportation efficiency and reducing transportation costs. In addition, pellets are moisture-proof (some products are treated to prevent moisture), which can minimize losses during transportation.

(1) Civilian use: It can be used for home heating and cooking (for example, using pellet fireplaces and pellet stoves). It is easy to operate and clean, and can replace traditional coal and firewood to improve the indoor environment.

1.Environmental characteristics

(1) Low pollution emissions: The sulfur and phosphorus content during combustion is extremely low, and the concentration of SO₂ and NOx in the flue gas is much lower than that of coal. If your raw material is wood chips, then you will need the hammer mill.

3. Is your raw material dry or wet?

The best raw material before going into the pellet machine should be 6-14mm sawdust with a moisture content of 10-15%. If your raw material is wet, then you will also need the dryer.
