1. The working principle of wet wood log biomass pellet processing equipment
The essence of wood pellet processing is to "use mechanical pressure and the thermoplastic properties of lignin to physically recombine loose wood fibers into a high-density, high-strength, pre-formed fuel." The entire process, without chemical additives, transforms waste into standardized pellets through three stages: pretreatment (crushing and drying), mechanical extrusion (heating to soften the fibers), and shaping and cooling. This not only preserves the calorific value of the wood but also solves the problem of bulky raw materials and difficult transportation.
2. Characteristics of wet wood log biomass pellet processing equipment
(1)Strong Raw Material Adaptability
