1. The working principle of dried wood pallets biomass pellet processing equipment

The operating principle of the dry wood pallet biomass pellet processing equipment is centered around a three-stage process: "raw material conversion - forming and processing - finished product optimization," achieving efficient conversion of discarded dry wood pallets into biomass pellets. The first stage involves raw material pretreatment: a nail removal device removes the metal connectors of the dry wood pallets. The pallets are then crushed into coarse wood chips using a crusher, and then refined using a grinder.

The core stage is the extrusion molding process: qualified fine powder is fed into the pelletizer via a screw conveyor. It is first enhanced in a conditioner before entering the "ring die-pressing roller" system. The rollers rotate against the ring die, forcing the raw material into the die holes. High pressure and friction generate heat, softening the lignin (a natural binder), resulting in cylindrical pellets that are then cut into fixed-length pellets by a cutter.

Finally, the finished product is processed: the hot pellets enter a cooler, where they are cooled to room temperature. They are then screened through a vibrating screen to remove debris and fines, resulting in qualified biomass pellets, completing the entire process.
