1. The working principle of dried wood pallets biomass pellet processing equipment
The operating principle of the dry wood pallet biomass pellet processing equipment is centered around a three-stage process: "raw material conversion - forming and processing - finished product optimization," achieving efficient conversion of discarded dry wood pallets into biomass pellets. The first stage involves raw material pretreatment: a nail removal device removes the metal connectors of the dry wood pallets. The core stage is the extrusion molding process: qualified fine powder is fed into the pelletizer via a screw conveyor. Finally, the finished product is processed: the hot pellets enter a cooler, where they are cooled to room temperature. They are then screened through a vibrating screen to remove debris and fines, resulting in qualified biomass pellets, completing the entire process.
