1. The working principle of dried wood log biomass pellet processing equipment
The principle of dry wood pellet processing equipment can be simply summarized as follows: first, the dry wood raw materials (such as dry wood chips, wood scraps, etc.) are screened to remove impurities, crushed and screened to obtain qualified fine wood chips with a particle size of 2-5mm; the core link is to feed the fine wood chips into the pellet forming machine. Under the action of 50-100MPa high pressure and friction heat (60-90℃), the adhesiveness of the natural lignin in the wood is softened and forced to be squeezed through the mold to form columnar particles; finally, after cooling (to near room temperature) and screening the finished product to remove debris, qualified dry wood pellets are obtained.
