1. The working principle of  wet straw biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Feed: The pre-treated straw raw materials are conveyed to the feed inlet of the pellet nachine and uniformly sent into the pellet nachine chamber by the feeder.

(2) High-pressure extrusion: The pressure rollers in the granulation chamber will tightly press the materials onto the ring or flat molds with mold holes (usually with diameters of 6-12mm), and the materials are squeezed into the mold holes under the action of huge pressure (usually 30-100 MPa).

(3) Cutting and shaping: After the materials are extruded from the mold holes, they form continuous cylindrical strips, which are then cut into particles of the set length by the high-speed rotating cutter, and finally cooled and transported through the cooling conveying system to complete the finished product.

3.Drying Process: 

A.This process is mainly used to dry the straw dust from 30-35% to 10-15%.  B.Capacity: 6-7.5 Ton/Hour. 

C.TONY use 1set of 2.2*24m rotary drum dryer for this process,TONY hot stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

1. Recovery scope: centered around the processing plant, covering farmlands within a 10-30 kilometer radius. This avoids water loss and cost increase caused by long-distance transportation of wet straw.

2. Cooperation model: Sign long-term purchase agreements with farmers and planting cooperatives, clearly defining purchase prices and on-site recovery services. The core attributes of straw biomass pellets: Why they can replace traditional fuels

Its physical and combustion characteristics determine its advantages for use, which are distinct from loose straw and fossil fuels.

1. Physical properties: High density, easy storage and transportation

The density can reach 1.1-1.3g/cm³, which is 15-20 times that of loose straw (0.05-0.08g/cm³), significantly reducing the volume. The same warehouse can store more fuel, and the storage cost is reduced by more than 80%.

The particle shape is regular (diameter 6-12mm, length 5-20mm), without dust scattering, and can be transported by ordinary trucks, with transportation efficiency increased by 3-5 times compared to loose straw, and transportation cost reduced by 60%.

2. Combustion properties: High efficiency, low pollution

The combustion efficiency is over 85%, much higher than loose straw (about 50%), and the temperature during combustion is stable, suitable for industrial boilers, drying, etc. that require high temperature.

3. Low pollutant emissions: Sulfur dioxide emissions are only 1/10 of coal, nitrogen oxide emissions are 50% lower than coal, and carbon dioxide is "carbon cycle" emission (straw grows and absorbs CO₂, releases CO₂ during combustion), in line with "dual carbon" requirements.

4. Raw material characteristics: Wide source, low cost

The raw materials are agricultural wastes such as corn stalks, wheat stalks, and rice stalks, with wide sources and low prices. The raw material cost is much lower than coal and natural gas.
