1. The working principle of wet coconut shell biomass pellet processing equipment
The forming function of the equipment is mainly accomplished by these two core components, and their coordination determines the forming efficiency and quality of the pellets:
Pressure Roller (Active Extrusion Component): Driven by a motor, it continuously pushes the pre-treated wet coconut shells towards the forming holes of the mold.
Mold (Fixed Forming Component):Its inner wall has evenly distributed cylindrical holes (typically 6-12mm in diameter). Under the pushing force of the pressure roller, the wet coconut shells are forcibly squeezed into the holes, where they undergo densification and shaping. Finally, they are extruded from the other end of the holes, forming columnar pellets.
2. Characteristics of wet coconut shell biomass pellet processing equipment
(1) Highly Wear-Resistant Core Components: Wet coconut shells have a high silicon content, causing severe wear on equipment. Therefore, the pressure rollers and dies of pellet mills are typically made of high-hardness materials (such as 65Mn alloy steel or tungsten carbide coating), with a die life of 800-1200 hours (compared to approximately 500-800 hours for ordinary biomass dies). The pressure roller surface is treated with anti-slip textures to prevent the wet coconut shells from slipping and hindering effective extrusion.
(2) Large-Diameter Die and Wide Gap Between Pressure Rollers: Wet coconut shells are hollow and have long fibers; if the die aperture is too small, it is prone to clogging. Equipment is typically equipped with dies with a 6-12mm aperture (larger than the 5-8mm aperture commonly used in wood pellet mills). Simultaneously, the gap between the pressure roller and the die is adjustable (usually 0.1-0.3mm), ensuring both compact extrusion and preventing material jamming caused by fiber entanglement.

2.Coconut Shell Dust Storage Process:
A. This process is mainly used to storage the coconut shell dust that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage bin which is more stalbe and coconut shells dust in it is not easy to be blocked.
B. The customer chooses TONY Brand Large Hydraulic Storage Silo to storage the coconut shell dust that comes out of the hammer mill.This process can be optional by customer.If customer do not chose the storage bin,he can storage the coconut shell dust on the ground directly which may need some labour.

3.Coconut Shell Dust Drying Process:
A.This process is mainly used to dry the coconut shell dust from 40-55% to 10-15%.
B.Capacity:18Ton/Hour.

Core Conditions for the Successful Implementation of a Coconut Shell Biomass Pellet Processing Project
Three key prerequisites must be met before the project commences, directly impacting cost and efficiency.
1. Raw Material Supply:
A stable source of wet coconut shells must be ensured within a 30-50 km radius, such as from coconut processing plants or coconut farmer cooperatives. Based on a production line with an hourly output of 1 ton, approximately 15 tons of raw materials (wet basis) are required daily, with an annual demand of no less than 5,000 tons.
2. Site and Policy:
The site needs to be planned with a raw material storage area, a production area, and a finished product storage area, totaling approximately 5-10 acres, and must be far from residential areas (to avoid noise pollution). Environmental impact assessment filing and a business license are also required. In some areas, subsidies for the comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste can be applied for.
3. Funding and Technology:

1. Low carbon emissions:
As a "carbon-neutral" fuel, the carbon dioxide released during combustion can be absorbed by the coconut tree's growth, forming an ecological cycle and reducing net greenhouse gas emissions.
2. Low pollutant emissions:
