1. The working principle of wet bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment
The principle of processing wet bagasse into biomass pellets is to use the lignin in the bagasse as a binder, compressing it under high temperature and high pressure.
Specifically, the lignin in bagasse melts at temperatures between 120°C and 160°C, and softens and plasticizes at 180°C. Within this temperature range, under a certain pressure, the lignin tightly bonds with the cellulose in the bagasse. This process is typically completed in a biomass pelletizer, where mechanical force squeezes and compresses the loose bagasse into small, stick-shaped biomass pellets.

2.Bagasse Storage Process:
A. This process is mainly used to storage the Bagasse that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage bin which is more stalbe and Bagasse in it is not easy to be blocked.
B. The customer chooses TONY Brand Large Hydraulic Storage Silo to storage the Bagasse that comes out of the hammer mill.This process can be optional by customer.If customer do not chose the storage bin,he can storage the Bagasse on the ground directly which may need some labour.

3.Wet Bagasse Drying Process:
A.This process is mainly used to dry the bagasse from 40% to 10-15%.
B.Capacity:40-50 Ton/Hour.
C.TONY use 4 sets of 3.2*28m rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.
