1. The working principle of wet bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment

The wet sugarcane bagasse pelletizing equipment is a specialized processing machine designed specifically for the characteristics of sugarcane bagasse, which has high moisture content and a loose fiber structure.  Its core principle is to transform loose sugarcane bagasse into high-density, high-strength pellets suitable for storage and transportation, through a closed-loop process of "pre-treatment - pelletizing - cooling - packaging," thus producing fuel pellets or industrial raw materials.

2. Characteristics of wet bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment

1.Bagasse Fine Crushing Process:

A.This process is mainly used to crush larger bagasse into 8-14mm bagasse.

2.Wet Bagasse Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the bagasse  from 40% to 10-15%.

B.Capacity:4-5 Ton/Hour.

C.TONY use 1 set of 1.8*20m  rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

TONY dryer use spiral tube material, and is not easy to deform.

Unlike other manufacturers with iron plate splicing welding, very easy to deformation.

1. Renewable Resource: Sugarcane bagasse is a renewable resource that can be processed into pellet feed or biomass pellet fuel.

2. Replacement of Traditional Energy: Solidified bagasse can be used to replace chemical energy sources (diesel, coal, natural gas, etc.) for boiler maintenance at sugar mills, achieving two goals at once. This not only relieves sugar mills of the burden of byproduct disposal but also significantly reduces fuel costs.

3. Addressing Local Energy Needs: After solidification, bagasse is easy to transport and store. It can be supplied to residents near sugar mills and used in biomass pellet furnaces for heating, enhancing the social value of the company.
