1. The working principle of wet bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment

The principle of wet bagasse pellet processing equipment is to squeeze wet bagasse into pellets by physical means. During the pelletizing process, the biomass bagasse raw material falls vertically from the feed port, and the rotation of the pressing roller makes the material continuously and evenly distributed on the surface of the inner cavity of the mold. Under the rolling of the pressing roller, the powdered material passes through the holes of the mold. In this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, which causes physical changes or appropriate chemical changes, prompting the powdered material to form a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body. The pellets are then cut by a cutting knife and discharged from the discharge port, completing the pellet pressing process.

2. Characteristics of wet bagasse biomass pellet processing equipment

2.Wet Bagasse Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the bagasse  from 40% to 10-15%.

B.Capacity:2-2.5 Ton/Hour.

C.TONY use 1 set of 1.8*12m  rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

TONY dryer use spiral tube material, and is not easy to deform.

Unlike other manufacturers with iron plate splicing welding, very easy to deformation.

Leveraging the technological advantages of our wet sugarcane bagasse pelletizing equipment, the project can be gradually expanded and upgraded: initially focusing on biomass pellet fuel production to accumulate technology and capital; in the mid-term, developing pellet-derived products such as organic seedling growing media and biochar fertilizers; and in the long term, establishing a complete value chain from sugarcane cultivation to sugar processing, bagasse pellet production, and carbon trading, thus creating a regional model project for agricultural waste resource utilization and achieving greater economic and ecological benefits.

1. Low emissions of combustion pollutants: The raw material, sugarcane bagasse, has a sulfur content of ≤0.1% and a nitrogen content of ≤0.5%. During combustion, the sulfur dioxide emissions are <50mg/m³ and the nitrogen oxide emissions are <150mg/m³, which are only 1/3 and 1/2 of the national coal-fired emission standards, respectively.  Furthermore, there are no emissions of toxic substances such as heavy metals. It can directly replace coal used in industrial boilers and heating systems, helping enterprises meet environmental standards and avoid environmental penalties.

2. Carbon reduction throughout the entire lifecycle: The carbon dioxide absorbed by sugarcane during its growth can offset the carbon dioxide released during the combustion of the pellets, forming a "carbon cycle."  It is both a clean energy carrier and an important tool for enterprises to achieve their "dual carbon" goals.

3. Resource utilization of agricultural waste to reduce pollution: my country produces a large amount of sugarcane bagasse annually. If left unmanaged or burned directly, it can produce foul-smelling gases and pollute soil and water. Converting sugarcane bagasse into high-value energy through pelletization achieves "waste-to-resource" utilization, bringing both economic and environmental benefits.
