2.Bagasse Storage Process:
A. This process is mainly used to storage the Bagasse that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage bin which is more stalbe and Bagasse in it is not easy to be blocked.
B. The customer chooses TONY Brand Large Hydraulic Storage Silo to storage the Bagasse that comes out of the hammer mill.This process can be optional by customer.If customer do not chose the storage bin,he can storage the Bagasse on the ground directly which may need some labour.

3.Wet Bagasse Drying Process:
A.This process is mainly used to dry the bagasse from 40% to 10-15%.
B.Capacity:18-20 Ton/Hour.
C.TONY use 2 sets of 3*24m rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame. There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

1. Processing adaptability
Sugar bagasse has a loose fiber structure. After crushing, drying (moisture content reduced to 12%-15%), and extrusion molding, it is easy to form pellets with a density of 1.1-1.3g/cm³. During the molding process, lignin can naturally act as a binder, without the need to add chemical binders, ensuring the natural properties of the product.
2. Combustion performance: high calorific value and stable combustion
(1) Considerable energy density
The low calorific value of the molded sugar bagasse pellets is about 16-18MJ/kg, which is slightly lower than wood chip pellets (18-20MJ/kg), but higher than rice husk and straw pellets (13-15MJ/kg). It can meet the heat requirements of small and medium-sized boilers, household heating stoves and other equipment. Burning 1 ton of pellets is equivalent to the heat output of about 0.5 tons of standard coal.
(2) Strong combustion stability
The granular structure ensures uniform ventilation during combustion, making it less likely to cause "coking" (the ash content is only 2%-4%).The combustion efficiency can reach over 85%, which is more than double that of loose burning of sugarcane bagasse (efficiency of about 40%), and reduces the emission of unburned particulate matter in the flue gas.
