1. The working principle of wet hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment
Wet grass pellet processing equipment primarily consists of a crusher, pulverizer, dryer, pelletizer, cooler, and packaging machine. First, the baled wet grass is broken up using a crusher. A high-efficiency pulverizer then pulverizes the material into sawdust. A drum dryer then reduces the moisture content of the wet grass to 10-15%. The dried material is then fed into a biomass pellet machine, where it is extruded into pellets using a die and rollers. A pellet cooler then cools the pellets, saving space and processing time while making them easier to package and transport. A. This process is mainly used to storage the hay/grass/alfalfa dust that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage silo which is more stable and hay/grass/alfalfa dust in it is not easy to be blocked.
B.TONY Brand Large Hydraulic Storage Silo to storage the hay/grass/alfalfa dust that comes out of the hammer mill.This process can be optional by customer.If customer do not chose the storage bin,he can storage the sawdust on the ground directly which may need some labour.

4.Drying Process:
