1. The working principle of wet hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment

Wet grass pellet processing equipment primarily consists of a crusher, pulverizer, dryer, pelletizer, cooler, and packaging machine. First, the baled wet grass is broken up using a crusher. A high-efficiency pulverizer then pulverizes the material into sawdust. A drum dryer then reduces the moisture content of the wet grass to 10-15%. The dried material is then fed into a biomass pellet machine, where it is extruded into pellets using a die and rollers. A pellet cooler then cools the pellets, saving space and processing time while making them easier to package and transport. Finally, a packaging machine packages the cooled pellets for easy storage and transportation.

3.Drying Process: 

A.This process is mainly used to dry the hay/grass/alfalfa dust from 30-35% to 10-15%.  

B.Capacity: 3.5-4 tons/hour.

C.TONY use 1set of 1.8*18m rotary drum dryer for this process,TONY hot stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

During combustion, wet grass biomass pellets emit far fewer harmful gases (such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides) than coal, meeting national emission standards. Their primary components are C-H organic matter, with no particulate carbon or SO₂ gases in the flue gas. Instead, they are primarily C-H volatile gases, with SO₂ and CO emissions near zero. The smoke color during combustion is less than Ringelmann Grade 1, significantly reducing air pollution and CO₂ emissions, earning them the reputation of a "clean fuel."
