1. The working principle of wet hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment

When wet grass pellets are burned, the amount of carbon dioxide emitted is equal to the amount absorbed, making them a relatively environmentally friendly option. Furthermore, biomass pellets ignite better than coal, making them easier to ignite and significantly reducing fire start-up time. Biomass pellets also produce lower solid emissions than coal, reducing slag costs and environmental pollution. Solid emissions from biomass pellets are entirely ash, accounting for approximately 0.4% to 7.0% of the total weight; in contrast, solid emissions from coal combustion are a mixture of ash, alkali, and residual coal, accounting for approximately 25% to 40% of the total weight. Coal contributes significantly more to atmospheric pollution and boiler corrosion than biomass pellets. Coal smoke contains large amounts of particulate carbon and toxic corrosive gases such as SO₂ and CO. The main component of biomass pellet fuel is C-H organic matter. There is no particulate C and SO₂ in the flue gas, and it is mainly C-H volatile gas. Its SO₂ and CO emissions are close to zero. The smoke color during combustion is less than Ringelmann grade 1, which will greatly reduce air pollution and carbon dioxide emissions. Biomass pellet fuel is known as a clean fuel internationally.
