3.Drying Process: 

A.This process is mainly used to dry the hay/grass/alfalfa dust from 30-35% to 10-15%.  

B.Capacity: 14-16 tons/hour.

C.TONY use  2 sets of 2.5*24m rotary drum dryer for this process,TONY hot stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

Wet Hay/Grass/Alfalfa biomass pellets are a new type of rod-shaped fuel, produced by compressing recycled Wet Hay/Grass/Alfalfa biomass after drying. In the current context of increasing energy scarcity, the emergence of new biomass pellet fuel undoubtedly aligns with the development of the times. The production of biomass pellets is affected by several factors, mainly the following:

1. Raw Materials: The fewer impurities in the raw materials, the higher the yield and the better the quality of the finished pellets. Raw materials with more impurities require screening, which may result in losses, and subsequent drying and pelletizing will lead to a relatively lower yield.

2. Raw Material Moisture Content: Raw material moisture content, also known as material water content, is optimal for biomass pellets at 10%-15%. Excess moisture in the raw materials needs to be dried before pelletizing. If the moisture content is too high, the heat transfer rate within the pelleting process will decrease. The evaporated moisture will form high-pressure steam in the holes of the forming mold, resulting in pellets with low density, surface cracking, and brittleness. Raw materials with higher moisture content will produce fewer finished products.
