1. The working principle of wet hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment

The wet grass pellet processing equipment uses wet grass as raw material, firstly through crushing and pulverizing equipment to process it into sawdust-like raw materials that meet the pelleting requirements, then the crushed material is dried in a dryer to control the moisture content, and then the dried material is extruded into shape by a biomass pellet machine, and finally the finished pellets are obtained after cooling and packaging. The whole process converts the originally discarded wet grass into usable pellet fuel, realizing the recycling and reuse of resources.

3.Drying Process: 

A.This process is mainly used to dry the hay/grass/alfalfa dust from 30-35% to 10-15%.  

B.Capacity: 14-15 tons/hour.

C.TONY use  2 sets of 2.2*24m rotary drum dryer for this process,TONY hot stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

Wet straw (corn stalks, rice straw, forage grass, etc.) has long faced the challenges of pollution from burning and high disposal costs as agricultural waste. Processing it into biomass pellets can achieve three values:

(1) Environmental value: It replaces coal combustion, reducing carbon emissions and aligning with the "dual carbon" strategy. Emissions per ton of pellets are reduced by more than 80% compared to coal, while also addressing the disposal challenges after the ban on burning straw.

(2) Energy value: The finished pellets have a density of 0.9-1.2 g/cm³ and a calorific value of 3500-4500 kcal/kg, making them suitable for direct use in industrial boilers, biomass power plants, and home heating, with a combustion rate exceeding 95%.
