3.Drying Process: 

A.This process is mainly used to dry the hay/grass/alfalfa dust from 30-35% to 10-15%.  

B.Capacity: 7.5-9 tons/hour.

C.TONY use 1set of 2.5*24m rotary drum dryer for this process,TONY hot stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

(1).Clean and Environmentally Friendly

During combustion, wet grass biomass pellets emit far fewer harmful gases (such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides) than coal, meeting national emission standards. Their primary components are C-H organic matter, with no particulate carbon or SO₂ gases in the flue gas. Instead, they are primarily C-H volatile gases, with SO₂ and CO emissions near zero. The smoke color during combustion is less than Ringelmann Grade 1, significantly reducing air pollution and CO₂ emissions, earning them the reputation of a "clean fuel."

(2).Space Saving

Wet grass biomass pellets undergo high-temperature compression, significantly reducing their volume. They have a high specific gravity and density, making them easy to process, store, transport, and reuse continuously, significantly saving storage space.

(3).High Combustion Thermal Efficiency

Wet grass biomass pellets significantly improve the combustion performance of wood materials, increasing thermal efficiency by over 80%. One ton of biomass pellet fuel generates the equivalent amount of heat as 0.8 tons of coal. Their calorific value and calorific value are tested using specialized equipment.
