1. The working principle of wet hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment
Wet hay/grass/alfalfa (with a moisture content typically above 30%) cannot be directly pelletized. It must first undergo pretreatment to adjust its moisture content and physical properties, which is a prerequisite for ensuring pellet quality. The pretreated hay/grass/alfalfa fragments are then mechanically extruded through pelletizing equipment to transform them from "powder" to "pellets," which is the core of the entire process.
2. Characteristics of wet hay/grass/alfalfa biomass pellet processing equipment
(1) Efficient Drying: Wet grass has a high moisture content and typically requires a drying process to reduce it to within 10-15%. Efficient drying equipment ensures that wet grass reaches the appropriate moisture content quickly, improving the subsequent pelletizing process.

3.Drying Process:
A.This process is mainly used to dry the hay/grass/alfalfa dust from 30-35% to 10-15%.
B.Capacity: 6-7.5 tons/hour.
C.TONY use 1set of 2.2*24m rotary drum dryer for this process,TONY hot stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame. There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace
