How to use the TONY pellet production line to make pellets from wet wood pallets?

The process mainly includes the following steps and equipment:

A. This process is mainly used to storage the sawdust that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage bin which is more stalbe and sawdust in it is not easy to be blocked.

Wooden pallets are mostly made of high-quality hardwoods such as pine, poplar, and fir, or plywood. Their wood fiber structure is uniform and low in impurities (free from the mud and sand found in straw and the high ash content of rice husks). The crushed particle size is easily controlled, and the drying process requires no excessive treatment (the initial moisture content is typically below 25%, far lower than the 40%-60% of fresh straw). This simplifies the pretreatment process, reduces equipment energy consumption, and reduces processing time.

The finished pellets from wooden pallets have a density of 1.1-1.3g/cm³ and a volume that's only 1/5-1/8 of the raw material, requiring minimal storage space. With a moisture content of 10%-15%, the pellets are resistant to moisture absorption and mold, allowing them to be stored outdoors for long periods (with a tarpaulin covering). They are dust-free and odorless during transportation, and the unit transportation cost is only one-third of bulk wood chips, making them suitable for long-distance distribution to industrial customers
