1. The working principle of wet wood chips biomass pellet processing equipment
Biomass pellet processing converts loose agricultural and forestry waste (such as wood chips, sawdust, straw, and rice husks) into high-density, regularly shaped pellet fuel through a series of physical and mechanical processes. The core process includes three key steps: raw material pretreatment (crushing and pulverization), drying, and pelletizing. Each step requires specialized equipment to transform the material's physical state.
2. Characteristics of wet wood chips biomass pellet processing equipment

The wet wood chip biomass pellet project uses wet wood chips processed from forestry waste (such as sawdust and branches) as raw material. For raw material supply, the project can rely on forestry production areas and timber processing plants to obtain wet wood chips, which is a low-cost and stable source and also solves the pollution problem of forestry waste storage. However, it is important to select a site close to the raw material production area to reduce transportation costs, and at the same time be equipped with a complete dust collection system to meet environmental emission requirements and ensure the sustainable operation of the project.
