1. The working principle of wet wood chips biomass pellet processing equipment

Wet wood pellet processing equipment is used to chop and compress wet wood and other biomass materials into pellet fuel. Its working principle is to first grind and dry the wet wood through pre-processing equipment such as grinders and dryers, and then press it into shape through a pelletizer, ultimately producing pellet biomass fuel that meets quality standards.

2. Characteristics of wet wood chips biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) Core features: Exclusive design for "wet wood chips"

Material pretreatment system: Solve the "uneven and agglomerated" problems of wet materials

(2) Molding machine: Anti-clogging and wear-resistant structural optimization

Mold and roller: Wear-resistant + anti-stick coating: The inner wall of the mold forming hole (aperture 6-12mm) and the surface of the roller are sprayed with tungsten carbide or alloy coating, which not only enhances wear resistance (wet materials contain moisture, which can easily accelerate metal corrosion and wear), but also reduces the situation where wet materials "stick to the surface" after softening due to high temperature, reducing the cleaning frequency;

(3) Cooling and screening: "Anti-mildew" design suitable for wet particles

The temperature can be reduced to room temperature ±5℃ within 10-15 minutes, while removing 1-3% of the surface moisture; the vibrating screen adopts a "double-layer screen", the upper layer screens out unqualified particles that are too long/deformed, and the lower layer screens out fine powder after crushing. Both can be returned to the crushing stage through the pipeline for secondary processing, and the material utilization rate is increased to more than 95%.

(1) Wood processing and furniture manufacturing industry clusters

After being processed into pellets, the volume is reduced to 1/3-1/4 of the original size, reducing transportation costs by more than 60%, and can be sold directly to biomass power plants. 

(3) Construction and renovation waste wood processing sites

Typical scenarios: building demolition sites, renovation waste treatment stations, and waste wood recycling plants;

Equipment function: Solve the problem of "wet waste wood being difficult to degrade and easy to pollute" (traditional treatment methods are mostly incineration or landfill, which pollute the environment) and convert it into clean pellet fuel, in line with the "construction waste resource utilization" policy requirements.

2.Sawdust Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the sawdust from 40% to 10-15%.

B.Capacity:3Ton/Hour.
