1. The working principle of wet wood chips biomass pellet processing equipment

The wet wood chip pellet processing equipment uses wet wood chips as raw materials. First, it is processed into sawdust that meets the pelletizing requirements through a crushing equipment. Then the raw materials are dried to control the moisture content to reach the moisture content that meets the pelletizing requirements. Then, the dried raw materials are extruded into shapes using a biomass pellet machine. Finally, the finished pellets are obtained after cooling and packaging. The whole process converts the originally discarded wet wood chips into usable pellet fuel, realizing the recycling and reuse of resources.

How to use the TONY pellet production line to make pellets from wet wood chips?

The process mainly includes the following steps and equipment:

1. Use TONY effective hammer mill to crush the 25-55 mm wood chips into 8-14 mm sawdust.
