1. The working principle of wet sawdust biomass pellet processing equipment

The overall principle of wet sawdust pellet processing equipment is to transform irregular, high-impurity, and high-moisture wet sawdust into regular, impurity-free, high-density, and easily storable biomass pellets through a continuous physical process of drying and conditioning, high-temperature and high-pressure molding, and cooling and stabilization. The entire process is chemical-free, relying on the inherent adhesive properties of the wood fibers to achieve molding. This not only solves the environmentally friendly disposal issue of wooden pallet waste but also enables resource recycling (the pellets can be used as fuel, feed carrier, and more).

Drying system: Solve the problem of "high moisture content" in wet materials

(2) Molding machine: Anti-clogging and wear-resistant structural optimization

Mold and roller: Wear-resistant + anti-stick coating: The inner wall of the mold forming hole (aperture 6-12mm) and the surface of the roller are sprayed with tungsten carbide or alloy coating, which not only enhances wear resistance (wet materials contain moisture, which can easily accelerate metal corrosion and wear), but also reduces the situation where wet materials "stick to the surface" after softening due to high temperature, reducing the cleaning frequency;

(3) Cooling and screening: "Anti-mildew" design suitable for wet particles

The temperature can be reduced to room temperature ±5℃ within 10-15 minutes, while removing 1-3% of the surface moisture; the vibrating screen adopts "double-layer screen", the upper layer screens out unqualified particles that are too long/deformed, and the lower layer screens out fine powder after crushing. Both can be returned to the crushing stage through the pipeline for secondary processing, and the material utilization rate is increased to more than 95%.
