1. The working principle of wet sawdust biomass pellet processing equipment

The principle of wet sawdust pellet processing equipment is to squeeze wet sawdust into pellets by physical means. During the pelletizing process, the biomass sawdust raw material falls vertically from the feed port, and the rotation of the pressing roller makes the material continuously and evenly distributed on the surface of the inner cavity of the mold. Under the rolling of the pressing roller, the powdered material passes through the holes of the mold. In this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, which causes physical changes or appropriate chemical changes, prompting the powdered material to form a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body. The pellets are then cut by a cutting knife and discharged from the discharge port, and the pellet pressing process is completed.

How to use the TONY pellet production line to make pellets from wet sawdust?

The process mainly includes the following steps and equipment:
