1. The working principle of wet palm nut shell biomass pellet processing equipment

Wet Palm Nut Shell pellet processing equipment uses Wet Palm Nut Shell as raw material, processing it into pellet fuel through crushing, drying, and pelleting processes. During processing, the raw material is first crushed into fine particles that meet the requirements of subsequent processing; then it enters a drying section to reduce the moisture content to a suitable range for pelleting; finally, it enters the pelleting stage, where pellets are formed under the extrusion and other forces of the equipment.

2. Characteristics of wet palm nut shell biomass pellet processing equipment

(1) The motor shaft and the gear shaft are directly connected, which provides stronger power transmission, greater torque resistance, higher stability and lower maintenance rate.

(2) The bearing chamber has been improved, the sealing method has been changed, and forged tempered wear-resistant materials are used to prevent dust from falling into the bearing chamber.

(3) The gearbox body is larger, the gears are larger, the output power is higher, and the power consumption is lower.

(4) The bearings use genuine heavy-duty Harbin shafts, which have longer bearing life and lower maintenance rate for the whole machine.

(6) The pressure wheel rotates, the material is centrifuged, and the surrounding material is evenly distributed.

(7) High efficiency and energy saving, automatic timed oil supply and lubrication ensure that the bearings are fully lubricated and the operation is safer and more reliable.

(8) High-pressure filtration and clean and smooth independent frequency conversion device ensure the output of particles.

2.Palm Nut Shell Dust Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the palm nut shell dust from 40-55% to 10-15%.

B.Capacity:6Ton/Hour.

C.TONY use 1set of 2*24m  rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace

Wet Palm Nut Shell biomass pellets are fuel pellets processed from waste palm shells generated during palm oil production. Their advantages are mainly reflected in four dimensions: environmental friendliness, economy, energy efficiency, and resource recycling. They are particularly suitable for promotion in tropical palm oil producing areas. Wet Palm Nut Shell has a dry basis calorific value of 4000-4500 kcal/kg, approaching the level of low-rank coal, and its combustion efficiency is significantly higher than straw-based biomass (such as rice husks: 3000-3500 kcal/kg). After extrusion molding, the moisture content of the wet material is reduced to below 15%, enhancing combustion stability and reducing coking. Palm Nut Shell accounts for 60%-70% of the weight of Palm Nut Shell. Traditional disposal methods (landfill/open storage) release methane (a greenhouse gas) and leach polluting palmitic acid. Pelletization completely solves the pollution problem.
