1. Pls confirm what is your raw material first?
Raw material of TONY pellet machine can be all kinds of biomass which can be burned directly.
2. Pls confirm what is the size of your raw material?
If your raw material is wood log or wood pallets which size is big,then you will need wood chipper.If your raw maeterial is wood chios then you will need the hammer mill.
3. ls your raw material wet or dried?
The best raw material before pellet machine should be 6-14mm sawdust with moisure 10-15%lf your raw material is wet,then you wil also need the dryer.
4. After that ,pls confirm what is the capacity do you need per hour for the finished pellets?
TONY can supply pellet production line from 0.8T/Hour up to 100T/Hour.
5. Will you need the pellets cooler?
The temperature after the pellet machine will be about 70-80'c,it is better to use pellets cooler to cooldown pellets from 80'℃ to 20-30'℃ for quality pellets.
6. Will you need the pellets packing machine?
We have 15-50KG/Bag packing machine and also ton packing machine for your choose.
7. Will you need the auitomatic pellet production line?
If you need the full automatic pellet production line,you will need stroage bin for each process whichwill add your total cost for sure.
8. Does TONY pellet line has in stock?
As diferent customer has different raw materials, the ring die has to be customized according to customer needs.
9. What is the final pellets size can TONY pellet line be made?
The finished pellets diamater can be 6-12mm by changing different hole size ring die,and length will be 1-6cm which can be adjustable by the cutting knife.
