1. The working principle of wet sawdust biomass pellet processing equipment

The initial dehydration is achieved through strong mechanical pressure, and the friction heat generated during the extrusion process is used to achieve self-drying of the material and plasticization of the lignin, and finally the material is formed into dense particles under high pressure in the mold.

How to use the TONY pellet production line to make pellets from wet sawdust?

The process mainly includes the following steps and equipment:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the sawdust from 40% to 10-15%.
