1. The working principle of wet palm nut shell biomass pellet processing equipment
The principle of the Wet Palm Nut Shell pelleting equipment is to physically extrude Wet Palm Nut Shell into pellets. During the pelleting process, the biomass Palm Nut Shell raw material falls vertically into the feed port. The rotation of the pressure rollers causes the material to be continuously and evenly distributed on the inner surface of the mold cavity. Under the crushing of the pressure rollers, the powdery material passes through the holes of the mold. During this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, which causes physical changes or appropriate chemical changes, causing the powdery material to form an elongated cylindrical solid body. Then, the pellets are cut by the cutting blade and discharged from the discharge port. At this point, the pelleting process is completed.

A. This process is mainly used to storage the palm nut shell dust that comes out of the hammer mill.It is hydraulic galvanized storage bin which is more stalbe and palm nut shell dust in it is not easy to be blocked.
B. A.This process is mainly used to dry the palm nut shell dust from 40-55% to 10-15%.

1. Unique Combustion Performance: Biomass pellet fuel ignites better than coal, is easier to ignite, and significantly shortens the start-up time. Solid emissions from biomass pellet fuel are lower than those from coal, reducing slag costs and environmental pollution.
