1. The working principle of dried rice husk biomass pellet processing equipment
The material is shaped by the interaction of extrusion pressure and die friction between the mold and the pressure roller. Dry wood chip processing equipment requires no additives or binders during processing, and it strengthens cell walls and binds cellulose. Lignin is mainly distributed insoluble in any solvent at room temperature, has no melting point, but has a softening point. When the temperature reaches a certain level, lignin softens, increasing its binding force, and under certain pressure, it shapes the material.

The dried rice husk biomass pellet project uses rice husks, commonly found in rural areas, as raw material. Biomass pellets made from dried rice husks are sulfur- and phosphorus-free, and do not produce sulfur dioxide or phosphorus pentoxide during combustion, effectively avoiding acid rain pollution and meeting national environmental standards. The product has a stable calorific value (which can reach 3000-3500 kcal/kg after processing), high density, and is easy to store. It can replace traditional energy sources such as coal and natural gas and is widely used in industrial boilers, biomass power plants, agricultural greenhouse heating, and residential heating.
