1. The working principle of dried rice husk biomass pellet processing equipment

The forming function of the equipment is mainly accomplished by these two core components, and their coordination determines the forming efficiency and quality of the pellets:

(1) Pressure roller (active extrusion component): Driven by a motor, it continuously pushes the pre-treated rice husks towards the forming holes of the mold.

(2) Mold (fixed forming component): The inner wall is covered with uniformly distributed cylindrical holes (usually 6-12mm in diameter). Under the pushing force of the pressure roller, the rice husks are forcibly squeezed into the holes, where they are densified and shaped, and finally extruded from the other end of the holes to form columnar pellets.
