1.The working principle of dried rice husk biomass pellet processing equipment

The working principle of dry rice husk pellet processing equipment is to compress the material into shape through the extrusion pressure between the mold and the pressure roller, as well as the frictional force of the mold holes. During this process, no additives or binders are required. This equipment can effectively convert biomass materials such as dry rice husks into high-density pellet fuel, which can be used in biomass power generation, boilers, fireplaces, and other applications, achieving resource reuse and environmental benefits.

2. Characteristics of dried rice husk biomass pellet processing equipment

1.High-efficiency utilization of agricultural waste:

Rice husks account for approximately 20% of the weight of rice, with a global annual production exceeding 150 million tons. Converting them into fuel pellets achieves waste resource utilization, reduces pollution from landfill or open burning, and simultaneously increases farmers' income.

2.Low moisture pretreatment requirements:

After natural drying, rice husks have a moisture content of only 10-15% (wood requires additional drying to below 15%), reducing compression energy consumption by more than 20% and saving processing costs.

High pellet hardness (breakage resistance > 95%), preventing pulverization during transportation; good flowability, suitable for automatic feeding systems.

4.Carbon neutrality:

Each ton of rice husk pellets can replace 0.8 tons of standard coal, reducing CO₂ emissions by approximately 2.58 tons.
