1. The working principle of dried rice husk biomass pellet processing equipment

Dry rice husk pellet processing equipment mainly involves pelleting, cooling, and packaging processes to convert biomass raw materials such as dry rice husks into high-density pellet fuel. Among these processes, pelleting is the core, requiring mechanical extrusion to shape the raw materials under high temperature and pressure without the need for any chemical binders, thus conforming to environmental protection principles.

2. Characteristics of dried rice husk biomass pellet processing equipment

Traditional disposal methods (incineration/landfill) cause pollution. This project acquires rice husks at near-zero cost, achieving resource regeneration. Biomass pellets have a calorific value of 3500-4000 kcal/kg, which can replace coal in industrial boilers (such as steam supply for textile and food factories). No binders are needed; rice husk lignin self-bonds above 70℃. Biomass pellet fuel is a natural biomass pellet fuel that can replace city gas. It has a low moisture content, easily adjustable combustion air, and high combustion thermal efficiency. Furthermore, the main components of biomass pellet fuel are C-H organic matter, with no particulate C or SO₂ in the flue gas; it mainly consists of C-H volatile gases, and its SO₂ and CO emissions are close to zero.
