1. The working principle of dried rice husk biomass pellet processing equipment

Dry rice husk pellet processing equipment mainly involves pelleting, cooling, and packaging processes to convert biomass raw materials such as dry rice husks into high-density pellet fuel. Among these processes, pelleting is the core, requiring mechanical extrusion to shape the raw materials under high temperature and pressure without the need for any chemical binders, thus conforming to environmental protection principles.

Traditional disposal methods (incineration/landfill) cause pollution. This project acquires rice husks at near-zero cost, achieving resource regeneration.
