2. The oil level of the gear reducer should be checked frequently. If the oil level is lower than the specified position, add lubricating oil frequently and strictly prevent excessive additions, causing oil leakage. The gearbox mechanical oil should be replaced when the machine is operated for 500-1000 hours, and the others should be replaced when the machine is operated for 300 hours.

3. Check the foot and coupling bolts frequently. If it is loose, it should be firm in time. The clamping and tightening screws on the ring mold should be tightened once every shift.

4. After each shift, the wood pellet machine must be cleaned from the surface of the equipment.

5. Carry out the equipment every six months or a year and replace consumable parts. The maintenance of each equipment depends on the operation conditions.

6. The display lights, air switches and stroke switches of the electrical system should be checked frequently, and if damaged, they should be replaced in time.
