After the wood pellet machine cannot start, you need to make sure that the power supply is connected correctly and well, and then separate the connecting shafts of the motor and reducer. After starting the motor separately to confirm that there is no problem with the motor, you need to whether the wood pellet machine reducer rotates well. If it cannot be rotated, it may be that the wood pellet machine reducer locks.
There are two types of situations that cause the speed reducer to be locked: 1. Lack of lubricating oil. 2. Long-term high temperature overload operation, so how can this situation be avoided?
1. If the oil pressure, oil temperature and flow rate of the wood pellet reducer are abnormal, the filter and oil nozzle need to be cleaned. After cleaning, check to be normal lubricated before it can be used.
2. The bearings of the reducer should be splash lubricated. When disassembling, washing and reinstalling, appropriate grease must be involved, which is about 1/3 of the bearing space volume.
3. If the reducer ventilation hole is found to be blocked, the gas exchange should be removed and the filter should be used after cleaning the filter.
4. When the hazardous area of the tooth surface exceeds 20% along the tooth length and tooth height direction, the gears should be replaced in pairs. After replacement, the gears should be run and load test drives. The tooth length touches up to 60% and the teeth up to 40% can be used formally.
5. When operating the wood pellet machine, if the temperature rise of the reducer oil exceeds 80, the temperature rises by more than 100, and abnormal noise occurs, the use should be stopped, check the elements, and replace the lubricant and eliminate the fault before continuing to operate.
6. When the reducer rolls, the output shaft will no longer rotate. It is possible that the reducer key connection is damaged, so the reducer must be disassembled and inspected. What should I do if the reducer locks? Finding a manufacturer to repair is the best choice. Please contact TONY as soon as possible. Never disassemble and repair yourself, because you do not have suitable accessories and will not be a professional maintenance staff, so as not to cause mistakes.
