1. The working principle of wet palm nut shell biomass pellet processing equipment

In the pretreatment stage, the raw materials are crushed to 4-14mm using a pulverizer, and then dried to a moisture content of 10-15% using a dryer, preparing them for the granulation process. Granulation is the core process; the vertical ring die granulator uses the high pressure between the pressure roller and the ring die to expel the material through the die holes. The natural lignin in the material acts as a binder, and no chemical raw materials need to be added throughout the process. In the cooling stage, a counter-current cooler cools the high-temperature granules (70-90℃) to room temperature, while simultaneously reducing the moisture content to below 10% to prevent clumping and mold growth. Finally, an automatic weighing and packaging machine packages the finished granules, completing the entire processing.

2.Palm Nut Shell Dust Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the palm nut shell dust from 40-55% to 10-15%.

B.Capacity:6-7.5Ton/Hour.

C.TONY use 1set of 2.2*24m  rotary drum dryer for this process, TONY hot blast stove is made of firebrick pan, shell with H steel plate as the frame.   There are 3 layers of fire blocking device inside, which can effectively prevent the fire from entering the tumble dryer.Customers can choose to use waste wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc. as fuel for the hot air furnace
