1. The working principle of wet hazelnut husk biomass pellet processing equipment

The principle of the Wet Hazelnut Husk Pellet processing equipment is to physically extrude Wet Hazelnut Husk into granules. During the granulation process, the Hazelnut Husk raw material falls vertically into the feed port. The rotation of the pressure rollers causes the material to be continuously and evenly distributed on the inner surface of the mold cavity. Under the crushing of the pressure rollers, the powdery material passes through the holes of the mold. During this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, which causes physical changes or appropriate chemical changes, causing the powdery material to form an elongated cylindrical solid body. Then, the granules are cut by the cutting blade and discharged from the discharge port. At this point, the granulation process is completed.

1.Hazelnut Husk Drying Process:

A.This process is mainly used to dry the hazelnut husk from 40-55% to 10-15%.
