1. The working principle of wet hazelnut husk biomass pellet processing equipment
(1) Drying Equipment: To reduce the moisture content of the material, a drum dryer or hot air dryer is used. Hot air is brought into full contact with the wet hazelnut husk to reduce the moisture content to 10%-15%. Moisture content is monitored in real time during the drying process to prevent over-drying and resulting in brittle material.
(2) Pellet Machine: The core forming process. The material is fed into a ring die pellet mill. Pressure rollers force the material into the die holes under high pressure, forming a cylindrical shape. Then, a cutter cuts the material into fixed-length pellets of 3-10mm.

(1) High-Pressure Molding and Wear-Resistant Components:
The pellet mill's pressure rollers can compress loose materials into pellets with a density of 1.1-1.3 g/cm³; the ring die is made of nitrided or alloy material, improving wear resistance by more than 30% and extending its service life to 300-500 hours, avoiding frequent component replacements that could disrupt production.
(2) Controllable Finished Product Quality:
By adjusting the pellet mill's cutter position, the pellet length can be controlled between 3-10 mm; the cooler uses air cooling to lower the finished product temperature to room temperature, preventing the pellets from becoming damp and moldy during storage, ensuring that the finished product can be stored for 6-12 months under natural ventilation conditions.
