1. The working principle of wet hazelnut husk biomass pellet processing equipment
(1) Feeding: The dried material enters the TONY biomass pellet mill.
(2) Extrusion Molding: The material is fed into the ring die pellet mill. The pressure rollers force the material into the die hole under high pressure, forming a cylindrical shape, which is then cut into fixed-length pellets of 3-10mm by a cutter.
(3) Cutting and Separation: The extruded strip-shaped pellets are cut into fixed lengths by a cutter and fall into the discharge port.
