TONY Galvanized Pulsed Dust Collector refers to the method of blowing compressed air to remove the dust attached to the filter medium (cloth bag or filter cartridge); According to the size of the dust collector may have several groups of pulse valves, controlled by the pulse controller or PLC, each time open a set of pulse valves to remove the dust of the part of the bag or filter cartridge controlled by it, while other bags or filter cartridging work normally, after a period of time, the next set of pulse valves open, clean the next part of the dust collector by the ash bucket, the upper box, the middle box, the lower box and other parts. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. When working, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the inlet air duct, the coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, the fine dust particles enter the middle and lower box with the airflow turning point, the dust accumulation is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag, the filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection tube - exhaust air duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere by the exhaust fan.

The cleaning process is to cut off the clean air outlet duct of the chamber first, so that the cloth bag of the chamber is in a state of no air flow through (separate chamber stop air cleaning). Then the pulse valve is opened and the compressed air is used to pulse the ash cleaning. The closing time of the cutting valve is enough to ensure that the dust removed from the filter bag after the injection is settled to the ash hopper, avoiding the phenomenon that the dust is separated from the filter bag surface and attached to the adjacent filter bag surface with the air flow, so that the filter bag is cleaned thoroughly, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash unloading valve are fully controlled by the programmable controller. The dust-containing gas enters through the air inlet, and when it passes through the ash hopper, part of the large particle dust in the gas is separated by the inertial force and gravity, and falls directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The dust-containing gas enters the filter bag filter area of the middle box after passing through the ash hopper. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth and then is discharged by the outlet.

1. The selection of filtration speed Filtration speed is the key factor in the selection of dust collector, should be determined according to the nature of dust or dust, application, dust particle size, viscosity, gas temperature, water content, dust concentration and different filter media and other factors. When the dust particle size is fine, the temperature and humidity are high, the concentration is large, and the viscosity is large, the low value should be selected. Such as ≤1m/min; On the contrary, the optional high value is generally not more than 1.5m/min. For large dust particle size, normal temperature, dry, non-viscous, and very low concentration, 1.5 ~ 2m/min can be selected. When the filtration speed is selected, it should be calculated that the net filtration wind speed should not exceed the above value when reducing the filtration area of one room (when cleaning).

2. The filter material should be considered according to the temperature of the dust gas, the amount of water, the properties of acid and alkali, the viscosity, concentration and grinding of the dust. Generally, when the water content is small and there is no acid, it is selected according to the temperature of the dust containing gas, at room temperature or ≤130°C, 500 ~ 550g/m2 polyester needle felt is commonly used. <250°C, use aramong Nomex needle felt or 800g/m2 glass fiber needle felt or 800g/m2 double glass fiber fabric or Flumas [FMS] high temperature filter material (fluorine gas can not use glass fiber material). When the water content is large and the dust concentration is large, it is appropriate to choose waterproof and oil-proof filter material (or anti-condensation filter material) or laminating filter material (the base cloth should be waterproofed needle felt). When the dust gas contains acid and alkaline and the gas temperature is less than 190°C, Ryton (polyphenylene sulfide) needle felt is often used. When the gas temperature is ≤240°C and the acid and alkaline resistance requirements are not too high, P84 (polyimide) needle felt is selected. When the dust-containing gas is flammable and explosive, choose anti-static tapefibre needle felt; when the dust-containing gas is both a certain amount of water and flammable and explosive gas, choose waterproof, oil-proof and anti-static tapefibre needle felt.

3.
