The structure of the double screw conveyor is similar to that of the single shaft screw conveyor, the main difference between the two is that the travel length of the double screw conveyor is usually shorter, and it has the functions of mixing and stirring.

It is mainly used for conveying materials with poor fluidity, and large or large-size materials that need to be stirred. Typically, they operate in a horizontal direction and are suitable for feeding under silos.

TONY Double Ground Screws is a machine that uses a motor to drive the screw to rotate and push the material to achieve the purpose of conveying. When the spiral shaft rotates, due to the gravity of the material and the friction generated between the material and the tank wall, the material can only move forward along the bottom of the conveyor trough under the push of the blade, which is like a nut that cannot rotate along the rotating screw for translation movement. The migration of the material in the middle bearing depends on the thrust of the material moving forward behind it. Therefore, the transport of materials in the conveyor is completely a sliding movement.In order to make the screw shaft in a more favorable tension state, the drive device and the discharge port are generally placed on the same end of the conveyor, and the feed port is placed near the tail of the other end as far as possible. 1.The first case is the cause of the stoppage of the spiral shaft.

There are about three reasons for this:

(1) It may be because there is too much feed and overload, resulting in excessive resistance of the lifting shaft, resulting in overload and shutdown of the motor. This situation is to reduce the throughput, uniform speed transmission.

(2) There is a problem with the bearing seal in the middle of the equipment. When the material is transported, the material enters the shaft and damages the bearing. The treatment method is to repair the damaged position of the sealing shaft.

(3) Material problems, because the material particle size, temperature, viscosity and so on are different. Resulting in equipment shell and blade rotation resistance and motor overload. In this case, if the operation continues, the motor will turn on the automatic protection and stop. In this case, it is necessary to check the particle size of the material and give clearance.

2.The second case is shaking when the casing is rotating.

3.The third case is that the suspension bearing temperature is high.

There are generally two reasons for the occurrence of this high temperature, one is that the installation position is incorrect, the material is mixed with hard and too large material and the conveyor trough friction, the treatment of this problem is to give the suspension bearing the correct position, if it is the reason of the material, clean out the abnormal material, start to see whether it is normal, and then use.
