(5) The elastic body of the main motor coupling is damaged. This clause refers to the pellet machines produced in previous years, as the vast majority of the 7th generation pellet machines and those produced earlier in previous years adopted couplings. The coupling component is damaged and needs to be replaced.
2. Reasons for the sudden shutdown of straw pellet machines and solutions
(1) Excessive load (even a blown fuse) can cause the pellet machine to stop suddenly. We suggest that in actual production, the gap between the pressure roller and the mold can be appropriately increased.
(2) Large foreign objects entered the granulation chamber, preventing the rotation of the pressure wheel. Just stop the machine and remove the foreign objects.
(3) Low voltage or small actual power of the motor. Here, the editor suggests that the power supply square number and material that meet the load requirements should be used.
(4) The oil pressure is too low. Check whether the oil suction filter is clogged, whether the oil temperature is too high, and whether there is any problem with the oil quality. The pressure gauge is faulty.
